I have had severe eczema on the front of my legs for almost nine years. It began after the birth of a child and has never gone away. I have tried every kind of treatment you can imagine, including a multitude of creams and lotions, numerous all-natural treatments like essential oils, shea butter, beeswax, etc and various prescription creams and medications.
